ARTist & builder RESIDENCY Retreat
January 23, 2023 - March 2, 2023
For the pre-festival build this year, we wish to weave a container where all the participating humans can retreat in education, co-creation & group ritual.
This container is stretched over 5 weeks to create spaciousness in the process of individual & collective healing through dreaming, planning & activating a vision together.
Ecstatic dance, 3-day silent retreat, workshops, yoga, meditation, song circle, ceremony, 2 meals/day + snacks, camping accommodation, and a work-free festival experience are what you receive in exchange of 5 hours/5 days a week of sharing your gifts.

We are recruiting Builders, Artists,
Deco Devotees, and Kitchen Magicians.
​
In order to cover food costs, support the facillitators, as well as the community & land which we will inhabit for over a month, we ask for a monetary contribution of 4,800 Pesos.
For the skilled and dedicated candidate who is not able to make this contribution in full, we are flexible to hear your situation and may offer a partial or full scholarship.
Together, we will bless the land with our creative hands and hearts so that it is ready to receive 300 dancing humans!

We request your precious and loving support in the following positions:
site coordination, waste management, inventory management, camping coordination, sound support,
vendors management , info booth, & kitchen magicians.
The work commitment is 4 hours /day with 4 days off between the dates of February 27 and March 15.
​
It is required that you pay the festival ticket in advance, and will have the sum returned to you when you complete your hours at the end of the festival.
If for some reason you can't pay forward that much, we will assess your situation and may be flexible.

Vendors who apply and are accepted receive booth space & two festival tickets for the price of one.
